Worked as visiting faculty at Institute of Management Sciences, Lucknow University, Lucknow, for five years and taught General Management, Personnel Management, OB, Organizational Development & related papers. Worked as Part Time Lecturer at United Institute of Management & Computer Technology, Lucknow and at Ramendra Bodh Shikshan Sansthan.
