Management Development Program (MDP)

Keeping in mind the diverse needs of corporate professionals, the Institute also offers 1-2 days Management Development Programmes (MDPs). Topics for MDPs have been designed after a lot of thought, considering the primary objective of meeting the various needs of employees serving at executive and managerial levels in SMEs. MDPs are also open to participants working in organizations other than SMEs; and the same can also be customized as per the specific requirements of organizations. However, in all such cases, the number of participants should not be less than 10.

  1. Three-day training programme for ‘Thermodynamics Engineers Ltd’ for their sales professionals on 12th, 13th and 14th August, 2004.
  2. Training Programme on ‘Production of Print Ads’ by Percept Hokuhudo for Management Students on 23rd Jan., 2005.
  3. Workshop on ‘Stress Management’ by Commodore S.P.S. Dalal (V.S.M.) for Senior Level Executives on 20th May, 2006.
  4. Training Programme on ‘Production of Advertisements – A 360° Approach’ by JWT for Senior level Marketing Executives on 14th August, 2006.
  5. Conducted a 2-day workshop on ‘Supply Chain Management’ for National Productivity Council at Bareilly on 20th Aug, 2006.
  6. One day training programme on ‘Understanding Self, Organization Roles & Team Building’ for Kanpur Nagar Nigam officials on 24th Feb 2009.
  7. Two Day MDP on ‘Paperless Office’ for J.K. Cements, Kanpur -Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, 2009.
  8. Management Development Programme (MDP) on ‘Leadership’ for Kanpur Nagar Nigam (KNN) Officials - Friday, July 31, 2009.
  9. Three-Day training programme on ‘Personality Development, Leadership and Communication’ for National Academy of Customs, Excise & Narcotics, Kanpur officials on 17th, 18th and 19th June, 2009.
  10. Two-days training programme on ‘Communication & Soft Skills’ for Kanpur Nagar Nigam officials on March 19-20, 2010.
