Health Care today is under various Regulatory Compliance requirement from National and State regulations for Patients Safety. This needs a very serious and professional approach towards the different levels of activities in the Hospital undertaken by the diverse work force in the Industry. The launch of this program will bridge the existing gap of the industry requirement and offers professional ways of managing the hospital.
The modern Healthcare sector is divided into many subsectors and depends on trained management/ Administrative professionals to meet health needs of individual and population. We are striving to add value through this course to the existing hospital personnel and others who look forward to work in hospitals. The programs aims to establish and maintain an accreditation structure in the Hospitals at Kanpur as well as provide right and unbiased information on quality related standards.
Structure
The Structure of the program has been designed to provide a better understanding & Implementation of Management tools & Techniques for the smooth running of the Hospitals. The program strives to simplify the complexity of the hospital operations, effective management of accounts & resources, optimizing the human resource. The focus is also on the Quality Standards (eg NABH) Regulation (Statuary requirement, which governs the functioning of the Hospital.
The Program has been designed in such a way that there will be 9 modules of rigorous academic training and 3 months of dedicated internship. During this internship the participants will be attached to hospital to experience various aspects of planning & control of human resources, application of quality parameters in Healthcare Industry & various day to day management in hospital. This exposure will help them to fast track their career in Hospital Management.

Teaching Methodology
To keep the sessions interesting teaching methodology will involve simulation instruments role plays discussions case studies etc. apart from lecturing methods. Workshop approach will make learning faster and richer.
Eligibility
1. Bachelor in any discipline (General/Medical/Dental/Pharmacy/ Management) or Diploma or qualification equivalent to a degree and is recognised by some government body.
2. Candidate should have working knowledge of English.
Fees
The course fee is Rs.10,000/-. The fee is to be paid in advance through DD or a local cheque in favour of “GHSIMR” payable at Kanpur.
