Finance For Non Finance Professionals – 1 Day MDP

In today’s business world, even non-finance personnel are often called upon to make quick and accurate decisions about financial issues. A non-finance professional may be an expert in his or her own technical or business field, but he/she may be given a position of greater responsibility where understanding and talking the language of finance becomes a significant part of the job. This one-day MDP is designed to equip the participants with practical skills required to enable them to contribute to discussions about the financial performance of their organization or business unit and will give them the confidence to make decisions based on financial data.

Understand basic financial terms and analyze the financial performance of a company usingfinancial ratios & metrics.

At the end of the workshop, participants shall be able to ‘speak the language of accounting and finance’. They shall also find their level of financial awareness raised to an extent that would enable them to use and understand financial data & analysis to make better short and long-term decisions.

Eligibility:

Candidates should be working in some business organization (preferably in non-finance department) or self employed. Please note that candidates working in finance department and desirous to fine tune their financial knowledge are also welcome to participate; and Candidates should be at least graduate
