How to Apply
1 .The Information Bulletin along with Application Form of Institute is to be obtained from the office of
GHS‑IMR, Jaykaylon Colony, Kamla Nagar, Kanpur 208005 by tendering the before mentioned amount
Either in cash or Demand Draft in favour of "GHS‑IMR, Kanpur" payable at Kanpur.
Notes:
1. Application Form fee is not refundable in any case.
2. Incomplete Forms would be summarily rejected.
3. The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay or default.
4. Canvassing in any form would result in disqualification. |
