FDP Cell
The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is a programme, specially designed for faculty members FDP Cell at GHSIMR works with the objective of organizing short term and long term Development Programs, Seminars and Workshops for faculty members of management institutes. FDP delivered here are by the eminent personalities of the management field. Resource persons have been very instrumental in continuously modifying and re-structuring their offerings to address emerging developmental needs of management educators.
Along with theses type of FDP programme, FDP cell also conducts in-house lecture sessions generally taken by its much able esteemed faculty members. These sessions remain open to students also.
Objective: The programe simply aims at developing the pedagogical and research skills of the participants. A package of rich inputs by experienced resource persons enhances the teaching and research capabilities, and a set of practical exposure based discussions improves the knowledge of the participants which makes them fit in today’s highly competitive academic arena.
